About the Role The Administrative Officer role is dynamic, offering administrative support throughout the student lifecycle in vocational education. This position reports to the Administration Manager and collaborates closely with teaching area managers to deliver a customer-centric service to current and future students, as well as other stakeholders. Salary: There are two positions available: Position One: Full-time contract (1 FTE, 36.75 hours per week) until 31 December 2025. Position Two: Part-time contract (0.8 FTE, 29.4 hours per week) for 12 months. Both positions are classified at HEP 5 Level , with a salary range of $76,459 – $87,825 per annum, plus 17% Superannuation . About You The ideal candidate will possess: Extensive experience in organisational and administrative support with attention to detail. Excellent client and customer service skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Adaptable to evolving work practices and contribute to improvements. Effective team player and independent worker. Well-developed written and oral communication skills. Proficient in using MS Suite and relevant University systems. Knowledge of university policies, regulatory obligations, and legislative requirements. Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Effective task prioritisation and decision-making skills. Proactive in resolving issues independently or collaboratively.
