About the role We are seeking a committed and experienced PM Warehouse Team Leader to join our clients thriving team in International Logistics' warehouse in Pinkenba, Brisbane. This fulltime role will have you overseeing the day-to-day operations of their busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and effective workflows to support their logistics services. You will play a vital part in maintaining high standards and driving continuous improvement within the team. What you'll be doing Supervising and leading a team of warehouse operatives to meet operational targets Overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery Implementing and monitoring warehouse policies and procedures to optimise productivity and safety Identifying and resolving operational issues, making recommendations for process improvements Liaising with customers, transport providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure exceptional service Coordinating staffing schedules, training, and development to build a capable and motivated team Maintaining detailed records and generating reports on warehouse activities What we're looking for Significant experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role, ideally within the logistics or distribution industry Perishable / airfreight logistics experience preferred but not essential Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team Proficient in using warehouse management systems and other relevant software Forklift licence and experience in operating warehouse equipment is essential Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality What is on offer The company is commitment to providing a rewarding and supportive work environment for their employees.
