Bishopp Outdoor Advertising is looking for an Administration Support professional to join our Brisbane Billboard Construction team in a part-time, role. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operations, service delivery, and project teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. What’s in It for You? What You’ll Be Doing Provide general administrative and office support including data entry, filing, scheduling, and ordering supplies. Monitor and manage shared inboxes, training documentation, and online purchasing systems. Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate logistics and maintain open lines of communication. Assist with document control and ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting. Organise meeting agendas, take minutes, and help track ongoing project tasks. Ensure PPE, uniforms, and office supplies are kept stocked and distributed as needed. Support a culture of safety and wellbeing by following Bishopp’s zero-harm policies and safety procedures. What We’re Looking For Experience in an administrative or office support role (or someone currently studying with strong admin skills). High level of organisation and attention to detail, you know how to keep things on track and stay ahead of deadlines. A confident communicator who can manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationships. Tech-savvy, with solid experience in Microsoft Office. A proactive mindset, you’re someone who takes initiative and is comfortable working independently. A current driver’s licence and the right to work in Australia. Bonus points if you’ve used NetSuite or worked in a warehouse or construction. Ready to Join Us?
