Supervisor - Civil Construction and Poly Welding: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Supervisor to lead and support our on-site civil construction teams. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideally suited to an experienced poly welder with a strong background in civil works, concreting, and pipe laying. You’ll be responsible for performing trade-specific duties while also overseeing all aspects of on-site operations, planning and scheduling, safety compliance, and team management. Paying up to $80 P/H DIDO to Greenbushes mine site (2.5 hour's drive from Perth) Rosters available: 8:6, 5:2. 4:3 (Negotiable) Weekly pay and superannuation. Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on poly welding duties, including butt fusion and electrofusion welding when / if required Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site operations across civil scopes including earthworks, concreting and pipe laying Lead and manage a crew of up to 14 people, ensuring productivity, morale, and safety are maintained Oversee job planning, resource allocation, and scheduling in collaboration with the Site Superintendents and Management Monitor and enforce compliance with HSEQ procedures and complete all required QA/QC and safety documentation Communicate clearly with site leadership, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Handle administrative duties such as daily claims, project variations, site instructions, and weekly reports using Microsoft Office Suite Experience with scheduling, planning, and forward projection highly desirable Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to keep work progressing smoothly Qualifications & Licenses Required: Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication, Mechanical Trade, or equivalent experience National Police Clearance (within 6 months) White Card (Construction Induction) Working at Heights (within 2 years) Confined Space & Gas Testing (within 2 years) High-Risk Work License - EWP (Elevated Work Platform) desirable, DG or RB C Class Driver’s License (HR preferred) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil construction or mining infrastructure environments At least 3 years of team leadership or supervisory experience Proven ability in poly welding and fabrication applications Solid experience in earthworks, concreting and pipe laying Strong understanding of site safety practices and quality control systems Proficiency with fixed and mobile plant operations and site-based project delivery We’re Looking for Someone Who: Leads by example with a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward safety Has excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Can communicate effectively and give clear direction to teams Is reliable, proactive, and confident in managing multiple site demands To Apply: If you believe you’re the right person for one of the above roles, please click APPLY , or contact Roxanne from CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 0477 823 080 or roxannecelotti.com.au About Us: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
