They are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to join their IT Service Management team on a 6-month contract. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and optimising their ServiceNow platform to support critical operations across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing Administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. Supporting modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog. Creating and maintaining user roles, access controls, groups, and permissions in line with healthcare data privacy standards. Designing and building workflows and automation using Flow Designer and Business Rules. Developing dashboards and reports to provide visibility across service operations. Troubleshooting platform issues and coordinating with ServiceNow support as needed. Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a ServiceNow Administrator in a complex enterprise or healthcare environment. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they apply in a healthcare setting. Experience with platform upgrades, patching, and performance tuning. Familiarity with scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Service Catalog configurations. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, consultative approach.
