This Customer Service/Sales support role sits within a well-established distribution company's Sales team, supporting the Customer Experience Manager by processing orders, handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and assisting Account Managers with daily sales operations. Client Details Our client is a distributor of premium appliances for household and commercial applications. Description About the Role: You'll be joining a well-established distribution company within their Sales team, reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and processing sales orders Preparing customer correspondence and handling order management Answering inbound and making outbound calls Resolving customer issues/complaints Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day sales operations Profile What We're Looking For: Must-Have strong knowledge of Pronto system Minimum 1-2 years of Experience in internal sales or customer service Background in manufacturing/retail/distribution environment ideal Experience in taking high volume of inbound/outbound calls Able to work Hours: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Solution Driven Excellent multitasking and communication skills Strong attention to detail and initiative Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Job Offer Benefits: Full time stable working hours.
