National Sales Manager - Pre-Construction & Projects — Sydney, Sydney Region

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager for an Australian leader in the design, manufacture, and installation of facade solutions. With a diverse product range and an excellent team culture, this organisation has a strong pipeline of projects throughout the East Coast. This position plays a critical role in working with both architects and builders to ensure consistent sales growth, profitability, and successful project outcomes. With flexibility to work from home and strong support from an experienced estimating and costing team, your focus will be on driving new business while overseeing project opportunities, tenders, and ensuring accurate pricing and margins are maintained. Key Responsibilities: Drive growth by initiating and maintaining contact with clients including builders, architects, and industry professionals Oversee project tenders, contracts, and negotiations, managing them from post-tender stage through to project award Collaborate closely with the estimating and costing teams to ensure accurate pricing, margin maintenance, and profitability Provide strategic input into sales and marketing initiatives, shaping the direction of business development Maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective project delivery Key Requirements: Proven experience in sales within the construction, architectural, or metalwork sectors, with a strong understanding of project-based sales Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing sales team Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of margin setting, cost budgets, and project profitability Solid technical knowledge in construction, engineering design, or manufacturing Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to collaborate across teams and maintain a professional attitude under pressure This role offers a significant opportunity to become part of a highly successful and growth-focused business.
