What we need A highly motivated Administrative Officer to join our friendly team This position is permanent part time working 2-3 days per week in Reception and Administrative roles. Must be able to work Mondays. What will you do? As the Administration Officer / Receptionist you will have the opportunity to: First point of contact to our wonderful residents and visitors entering the facility Front Office reception duties including answer phone calls and queries Data Entry and record keeping Administration tasks using the Microsoft Office Suite Mail handling and distribution Gain and apply knowledge in the processes of our business in order to best support our customers both internally and externally Other administrative duties to support the Manager and Management Team What you bring to the role Genuine interest to work in an administrative role Ability to work as part of a team Experience in a customer service environment (desirable) Outstanding written and verbal communication skills A can-do attitude with the ability to learn and grow on the job A friendly, outgoing personality and a pleasant phone manner A desire to work in the not-for-profit sector in a rewarding environment What you get in return At OneCare, we care deeply about our clients, our staff and the jobs we do each day.
