The role will initially start as a driver however we are looking for people that would like to take a step forward and eventually move into a Fleet Controller support role and become integral in growing with the existing team. Our client is a leading provider of intermodal transportation supporting clients all across Australia with offices located in Kewdale. These roles offer an immediate start with ongoing growth opportunities. These are specialized hybrid roles entailing Truck Driving and Fleet Room Allocation / Scheduling. Training will be provided for the right-minded people. Location: Operate out of the Kewdale Rail Terminal, delivering freight containers across the Perth Metro area. Your Key Responsibilities: Deliver containers safely and on time, following clear instructions. Use load restraint techniques with chains and straps to ensure secure deliveries. Complete run sheets and submit them accurately and on time. Maintain compliance with safety, WHS, and driving hour regulations at all times. Deliver exceptional service to customers while adhering to all regulations. What You Bring: Current HC or MC Licence. Valid Commercial Vehicle Driver's Medical. Demonstrated Container Experience (Essential). WA Fatigue Management Certificate. Dangerous Goods Licence (Essential). A demonstrated minimum of 1 years' experience driving HC/ MC combinations. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and good numeracy. Works well within a team. Wishes to progress into an office role. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite (essential).
