We’re looking for an Claims Administrator to join our dynamic team and help ensure the seamless delivery of essential administrative services. Description As a Claims Administrator , you’ll be the cornerstone of communication and coordination within our Employer Obligations team. Your work will directly contribute to the operational success of our department, ensuring timely responses, smooth processes, and positive stakeholder experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to general inquiries and managing correspondence professionally. Managing planner tasks, ad hoc requests, and monitoring payment plans. Acting as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners. Supporting team communication, coordination, and the implementation of administrative procedures. Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative improvements and compliance. Skills & Experience Excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to work within a compliance-focused, legislated environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in administrative roles is beneficial (but not essential). Ability to quickly learn systems, legislation, and operational processes. Qualifications Relevant experience in administration or office environments preferred.
