Project Manager – Retail Refurbs The Company: Reputable contractor within the retail space Refurbs up to $10m Projects include retail units, supermarkets, a touch of hospitality and education Live works environment Programme ranges typically between 12-15 weeks Offices interstate The Position – Project Manager Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies. Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines. Manage budgets and project resources effectively, identifying cost-saving opportunities. Lead site meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or delays efficiently, maintaining excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure all project documentation is maintained accurately and up to date. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment with all teams involved in the project. Skills and Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience minimum as a Project Manager Experience on similar type projects is beneficial Strong communication and interpersonal skills Australian working rights We are looking for Project Managers across the board in construction, fit out and refurb.
