Your New Company The Lorian Group have partnered with a Brisbane-based commercial contractor delivering a mix of new build and refurbishment projects across South East Queensland, typically up to $10 million in value. While the company itself is relatively young—established within the past five years—the Director brings over three decades of hands-on construction experience. The business has quickly built a reputation for quality work, strong subcontractor relationships, and a down-to-earth, team-first culture. Your New Role As Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects from early procurement through to closeout. Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include preparing subcontractor packages, managing cost tracking and reporting, and administering contracts. Exposure across build, refurbishment, and fitout projects will be valuable, though not essential. You’ll typically be working on one or two live projects at a time, depending on scale. What You Need to Succeed Relevant tertiary qualifications or trade background Previous experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial construction within the QLD market preferred Strong understanding of construction contracts and progress claims Jobpac or Procore experience will be highly regarded Good attention to detail and ability to work closely with delivery teams What You’ll Get in Return You’ll join a growing business with a solid pipeline and a leadership team that values long-term relationships—both internally and externally. The structure is lean, so you won’t be a cog in the wheel, and there’s scope to grow into more senior roles as the company expands. Salary will reflect your experience and will be reviewed as the business continues to grow.
