About the role We're looking for a proactive and solutions-focused Customer Service Specialist team member for a 11-month fixed term contract to support the smooth delivery of domestic and export orders across the ANZ region. Based in Melbourne and as the key escalation point for customer service, you'll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service and timely resolution of any issues - all while building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders. - Ensure accurate, timely, and courteous order management and fulfillment - Be the primary point of escalation for ANZ customer service and drive effective issue resolution - Collaborate with logistics teams and external providers to meet customer expectations - Monitor and manage open orders, service claims, and fulfilment issues - Support ongoing improvement by meeting KPIs and aligning with global TBS OTC standards - Build strong relationships across TBS and prioritise tasks to meet regional service level agreements About you We're looking for an experienced and self-motivated professional with a strong background in customer service, supply chain and/or logistics. You'll bring your expertise to manage key accounts, ensure smooth operations, and drive efficiency within a fast-paced environment. - 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain/logistics, ideally in wine or CPG - Proven track record managing key accounts and understanding SLAs - Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) and Microsoft Office applications - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities to thrive with minimal supervision - Experience collaborating with offshore teams is a plus Ready to make an impact?
