What You’ll Bring: 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in commercial or education construction. Strong understanding of contract management, compliance, and cost control. Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in construction management software (Ideally CHEOPS & ProCore). Perth-based experience and full Australian work rights.
