We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the Opal team Working from our site in Barnawartha North, the key focus of this role will be to: Provide a high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers Discover your sustainable future… We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
