The role: Sleepover and Weekend Support Experienced male Disability Support Workers who have experience in disability support. We are seeking casual that will lead to permanent or part time Disability Support Workers. Enable our participants to shape and improve their lives, reaching their goals. Experience supporting people with behaviours of concerns. Experience supporting people with difficulties in communication. Providing complex care and support to participant with challenging behaviours and ability to comply individual Behaviour Support Plan. Ability to complete medical charts and records. Ability to complete shift notes and progress notes. Providing support around personal care, including bathing/showering, toileting, dressing and medication administration. Domestic duties for a clean and hygienic environment and workplace. Cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. What’s in for you?
