This is a contract role with a strong potential to extend , offering an exciting opportunity to work on a landmark development with a respected industry leader. You’ll play a key role in managing contracts, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery team to keep the project on time and on budget. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts Prepare, review, and negotiate contract documentation Track project costs, variations, and progress claims Liaise with project stakeholders, consultants, and clients Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures Assist with forecasting and budgeting processes About You Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry on similar size projects Essential: Proficiency with Jobpac systems Experience with hospitality or commercial projects highly regarded Ready to Take the Next Step?
