You'll play a key role in the delivery of large-scale health and education builds across Perth—projects that make a real impact. Your Day-to-Day: Lead contract administration from procurement through to closeout. Manage financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking. Administer subcontractor packages, variations, and claims. Ensure full compliance with contract terms, timelines, and legislation. Collaborate closely with the PM, site teams, and external consultants. Contribute to tender submissions and assist in risk management. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on projects $20M. Exposure to health or education sector builds is a strong advantage. Knowledge of contract law, cost control, and project financials. Proficiency in construction software (CHEOPS & ProCore ideal) & Microsoft Office.
