We are seeking dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team, providing essential care for 2 female clients living in a SIL home. Care Requirements: Mobility assistance, including hoist transfers. Pressure care management. Meal preparation and support following a dysphagia-specific meal plan. Personal care, including continence management. Medication administration. Community access and daily living support. Shifts: Week 1: Wednesday 6:00am - 10:00am Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm Friday: 6:00am - 9:00am Saturday: 6:00am - 9:00am Week 2: Monday: 6:00am - 9:00am Tuesday: 6:00am - 9:00am Thursday: 6:00am - 3:00pm Friday: 6:00am - 9:00am Saturday: 5:00pm - 8:00pm Your Certificates and Licences: NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current) Working with Children Check (Current) Australian Driver's License Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You First Aid and CPR (Current) All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
