Medico Legal Specialists, part of the Navigator Group, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients, medical specialists, and visitors. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, medical specialists, and visitors and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. The role: As our Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for managing the reception and waiting area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Greeting clients, medical professionals, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour. Answering phone calls and managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and confirmations. Handling medical report processing, file storage, and general administrative duties. Managing office supplies, including stationery, confidential shredding, and kitchen supplies. Ensuring doctors' rooms are prepared for assessments. Assisting with document preparation and dispatch. About you: Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, office administration, or executive assistance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. High-level proficiency in Office 365 and web-based applications (e.g., Zoom). The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Well-presented at all times.
