Stock management is second nature (like, you are always triple checking inventory and looking for opportunities for process improvement) and you enjoy jumping in to help the team picking & packing orders as needed to send out to lovely customers, ensuring accuracy with an extra quality check before sealing up the package (did we mention we have the best customers?) ABOUT YOU Experience and Qualifications 3 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in similar industry (not a heavy machinery-based warehouse) required Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field highly regarded Demonstrated team management and supervisory experience required Adept leader with strong business mind and a knack for organization and collaboration with the ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable Experience working in & managing a Warehouse Management System (WMS) Demonstrated experience managing OH&S program Demonstrated expertise defining & measuring key performance metrics Experience working on a Mac & in Shopify preferred Skills and Behaviours Demonstrated aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively Sound research, analytical and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organise personal workflow, prioritise and manage time efficiently while working in a fast-paced environment Strong and clear verbal, written communication & interpersonal skills that drive positive relationships and partnerships Keen ability & initiative to utilise systems and professional experience to solve problems, find solutions & overcome obstacles Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, active listening, communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills essential Demonstrated positive and engaging communication style in team & customer communications Embody and champion Sage x Clare values Feel like you're ready for an opportunity to genuinely grow in your career in a place that encourages you to take ownership of your role?
