About the role: As the Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operations of the office and providing high-quality service to members. You will be the first point of contact for all member and public enquiries, maintaining a professional and helpful presence across phone, email, and in-person interactions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office, including maintaining office supplies, organsing internal meetings and training sessions distribute member communications and assisting internal teams when necessary. To be successful you will have: Proven experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within a not-for-profit or educational setting. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with administrative systems and databases. Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for member enquiries via phone, email, and in person. Maintain and update the member database, ensuring accuracy and privacy compliance. Support new member onboarding and renewals. Provide general administrative assistance and office management including ordering stationary, kitchen supplies and maintaining a tidy working environment. Assist with planning and coordinating internal and external events, workshops, and training sessions. Manage event registrations, venue bookings, and communications. Assist with the creation and distribution of newsletters, emails, and other communications.
