The successful candidate will support the entire project lifecycle, including procurement, cost tracking, permit and delivery coordination, work orders, variations, site meetings, and regular performance reviews. Key Responsibilities Obtain quotes from trades and suppliers Purchase project items and equipment Issue work orders to subcontractors Prepare and submit invoices Create and issue project variations Coordinate deliveries and permit applications Manage project budgets and track costs Facilitate weekly meetings, take accurate notes, and follow up on action items Participate in monthly reporting meetings with your manager Attend bi-annual performance reviews to plan and assess progress The Ideal Candidate You are an organised and proactive administrator who can juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. You're calm under pressure, able to interpret construction plans, and confident engaging with a range of stakeholders. You bring a hands-on mindset, strong clerical skills, and a practical approach to project support.
