Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end learning materials (slides, handouts, facilitator guides, eLearning modules) Create structured learning journeys using vendor content and SME input Develop foundational theory content for automation, robotics, electrical safety, and root cause analysis Translate technical and engineering concepts into clear, learner-friendly content Collaborate closely with facilitators, L&D team and animation vendors Use tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and an internal LMS to deliver blended learning solutions Essential Requirements: Proven experience as an Instructional Designer developing technical training content Understanding of electrical or engineering concepts – you don’t need to be an expert, but you know your way around the theory Ability to work with vendor documentation and translate into learner pathways Strong stakeholder collaboration and ability to tailor content for plant operators, maintenance teams, and leaders Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise and other eLearning tools Experience delivering both theory and practical components in blended learning programs If this sounds like you, please submit your resume by clicking the 'Apply Now’ button.
