The Role Business development responding to inbound enquiries and online leads Ongoing liaison with prospective clients to develop a pipeline of leads and projects Attend initial client consultations across the broader Melbourne area Draft, price, submit and follow up proposals with the aim of maximising the conversion of those enquiries into projects Contribute ideas for marketing strategies to drive business growth Ensure project team is working effectively and efficiently, meeting project deadlines and briefs Provide regular feedback to business managers and promptly address any performance and behaviour deficiencies. Project execution Attend client briefing meetings to confirm the brief and scope of work Take measurements, draw up floor plans and take onsite notes Oversee the selection of furniture, soft furnishings, accessories and art in line with furnishing schedules and budgets Salary Range between salary range $95,000-$105,000 Please note that you will be required to complete a police check as part of the recruitment process
