Long contract until 8th May 2026 Fantastic daily pay rate of $850 - $930 per day plus super Hybrid working (2 -3 days in Paramatta office WFH) Opportunity to work on an high impact and critical project PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: As a Content Designer, you will be working within a cross-functional Agile team to contribute to the way forward for enhancements of a digital product, which is a public facing platform. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Write clear, concise and user-friendly digital content for our target audience across every touchpoint in their user journey. Review and update existing content to improve the overall user experience. Provide guidance for the team around best-practice copywriting. Supervise and implement consistency of tone across all content across the platform. Work with UI designers to write compelling copy for product wireframes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Service and UX designers to design content across new features on the platform. Create content tailored to different personas and user needs. ESSENTIAL SKILLS: Exceptional UX content writing skills for a digital product whilst working within brand, and tone of voice guidelines. Experience working in a government or regulated environment. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, digital development team, in an Agile setting. Flexibility and adaptability, responding quickly when situations and priorities change. The ability to work under pressure, ensuring goals are achieved within deadlines.
