The Role: As a Retail Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering retail strategies across a dynamic portfolio. Working within a fund environment, you’ll be expected to maintain the highest standards of detail, accountability, and professionalism—driving performance, value, and innovation throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Lead retail development initiatives from concept through to completion Work cross-functionally with asset managers, leasing teams, architects, and planners Maximise value creation through tenant mix, design, and execution strategies Ensure all developments align with fund objectives and investor expectations Deliver detailed reporting, analysis, and board-level presentations Maintain absolute professionalism in all stakeholder and tenant relationships What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in retail development within a landlord or fund environment Exceptional attention to detail and commercial acumen Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple developments Confident communicator with stakeholder and investor experience A track record of delivering complex retail projects on time and on budget Why This Role?
