Central Adelaide location Permanent Full Time Position, 38 hours across Monday to Friday roster Make an impact as a Customer Service Coordinator at our UniLodge Metro Adelaide location. In this role, you will foster a welcoming environment ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency at reception. Key Responsibilities: Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience. Assist with enquiries that range from student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing. Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing and escalating as needed, and Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). About you: Hotel reception, or hospitality experience preferred Strong ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems Unrestricted work rights in Australia National Police Check (completed within last 3 months) Working with Children Check (SA) SA State Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Certificate – Property Management Registration registered with the department of Consumer Business and Services.
