This role will offer variety and scope for an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. In addition to general sales and customer service duties, you’ll be responsible for the following : Interacting with our customers face to face and via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries; Preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams; Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction; Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools; Develop, maintain and manage relationships across the business; Ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems updated accordingly; Resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience.
