Job Description Administrative Coordination: Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office through managing supplies, handling mail, booking couriers, and assisting with facilities coordination as needed. Operations Support: Assist with employee onboarding, maintaining documentation, and supporting the team with admin-related needs to create a seamless employee experience. IT & Systems Support: Be a point of contact for minor IT or system issues, coordinating with IT support providers to ensure staff have the tools they need. Team Support: Provide administrative support to SR managers, including calendar management, meeting coordination, preparing basic reports or presentations, and other general admin tasks. Culture & Engagement Support: Assist in organising internal events, staff recognition, and other activities that contribute to a positive team culture. Compliance & Records Management: Help maintain business records and compliance documentation, including support for WHS and general policy upkeep.
