About the Role As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in connecting farmers with the support, information, and services they need. You'll be the go-to contact for milk collection and quality queries, digital support, and general enquiries-ensuring a smooth and professional experience with every interaction. Reporting to the Farm Service Centre Manager, you'll work closely with both farmers and internal teams across scheduling, operations, compliance, and milk quality. Ideally, you'll have a background in customer service, logistics, or agribusiness-and most importantly, you're passionate about helping others and improving systems along the way. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for farmers, managing inbound and outbound service calls. Coordinate milk scheduling and ensure timely collection in line with compliance and food safety standards. Liaise with internal teams (transport, milk quality, field support) to resolve on-farm issues efficiently. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information across all scheduling systems. Support continuous improvement initiatives, identifying process efficiencies and assisting with system enhancements. Uphold all relevant health & safety, food safety, and environmental standards. Key Requirements 2 years of customer service experience, ideally in an outbound contact or logistics environment. Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and dispute resolution. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. Experience in planning or scheduling, preferably in a just-in-time environment. Chain of Responsibility knowledge is desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly. Tertiary qualifications in Agribusiness or Logistics (preferred, not essential). Why Join Us?
