About The Role: To work as a member of Scope’s Social Connections (Day Program) located in Ballarat to support the access and participation of all adults with disabilities within an inclusive environment. Casual position - hours of work are during Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm. Support and empower clients to actively participate in social activities and form meaningful connections in their community. This can include sports and games, art and crafts, field trips, swimming and more Please Note - There is a swimming component as part of the day program for some clients. This position requires individuals who can accompany and support our clients in the water during public swimming sessions at the local community pool on selected days.
