The Product Designer plays a critical role in shaping intuitive, scalable experiences that empower aged care and disability providers across Australia. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to design solutions that drive adoption, streamline workflows, and support compliance. From leading end-to-end design initiatives to evolving our design system, you’ll champion best practices that elevate usability, accessibility, and customer impact. This role is starting with zero foundation; you have the opportunity to make a huge impact and be part of the mission to be product led and data driven. A big project you will be involved in is the transformation of user experience; building a world-class user experience with best practice and accessibility. Skills required: 5 years of experience in Product Design in SaaS or healthcare tech Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work and impact.
