Performing general administrative tasks such as answering phones, billing, managing mail. Diarising Court dates and managing diaries/appointments. Photocopying and brief preparation. File legal documents with courts. Maintain and organise case files and legal records. Drafting and sending retainers, obtaining documents and general handling of client communications in a professional and confident manner. Provide general administrative tasks required. What you'll need to succeed High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience (2 years) as a legal secretary or similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software programs. Excellent written, oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work independently. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
