Based on a 2:2 FIFO/DIDO roster, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a field-based environment and enjoys variety, autonomy, and leading by example. You’ll be joining a respected civil contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Queensland. What You’ll Do: In this pivotal role, you will: Supervise the day-to-day operations of civil and gas infrastructure project. Supervise and coordinate a large team of personnel including operators, labourers, subcontractors, and plant support. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects on time and under budget. Liaise with all project stakeholders, managing resources, labour, and subcontractors. Plan and program project activities, maintaining a focus on safety, quality, and environmental management. Monitor and report project progress, contributing to project administration and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. Drive continuous improvement, implementing best practices across safety, quality, cost, and program management. What We’re Looking For: Demonstrated experience supervising civil and/or gas-related construction projects. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large field team. Current Open Driver's Licence & White/Blue Construction Card. Sound computer and documentation skills (e.g. pre-starts, reporting, basic systems use. Commitment to safety, quality outcomes, and collaborative communication Exposure to CSG operations, laydown areas, culverts, pads, or fluid haulage ( Advantageous).
