We are looking for multiple compassionate and empathetic individuals to join this team working on an Australian Government-Funded service as a Customer Service Consultant. In this role, you will be: Working in a contact centre office environment handling inbound calls from elderly customers and their carers to assist with general enquiries. Scheduling home assessor appointments for elderly customers. Provide superior customer service by actively listening, providing updates, solutions and guidance. Consistently maintain a high level of communication and empathy through every interaction. Work as part of a team and provide a high level and informative customer service on a first call resolution basis. Skills & attributes required: Experience working in a customer service environment, such as Retail, Hospitality, Support Work, Community based roles or experience in logistics/scheduling. Compassion and empathy are key – we are looking for down to earth, patient and caring individuals Excellent communication skills Quick learner with the ability to navigate through multiple systems Adaptability and resilience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills What's in it for you?
