Our client is a leading provider of quality high end roofing products across 5 locations in NSW. Providing high-quality, cost-effective products to commercial and residential customers, they are expanding their operations and are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their busy Brookvale team. This fast-paced role will see you assisting customers with all queries via phone and face-to-face, following up on leads and maintaining the customer database. The role would be Monday to Friday and hours to be determined but will be between 6:30/7:30am start and 14:30/15:30pm finish The role: Customer service and sales (face to face and phone) Manage customer queries Follow up on leads and quotes and close sales Maintain customer database Data entry General administration To be successful you will possess: Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management A willingness to learn SAGE experience (preferred but not essential) Metal industry experience (preferred but not essential) What's in it for you?
