Join Seven Network as our new Cairns Sales Manager The Opportunity: As a Sales Manager at Seven, you’ll be responsible and accountable for the performance and management of its dedicated site. This role will manage a team, drive revenue in the specific site, maintain and grow the client base and meet other manager obligations. Based at our office in Cairns, and reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will be responsible for: Taking ownership of daily operations and guiding a passionate sales team to success while delivering revenue and share targets. Developing and executing insight-led business plans, managing campaigns, and pushing best-in-market performance with a strong focus on NPS growth. Strengthening relationships with our clients, agencies, and partners. Creating tailored engagement plans, driving exceptional service and an inclusive culture with a bettertogether mindset. Providing insightful weekly reports and market updates to leadership teams. Communicating clearly and consistently with your team and stakeholders. Fostering a high-performance, inclusive environment with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement. Supporting cross-functional collaboration and leading with integrity, professionalism, and accountability. About You: You are driven, proactive, and collaborative with a deep passion for all things media, TV and digital. You possess strong interpersonal skills and value delivering outcomes that focus on achieving targets and client satisfaction. You will have: Minimum 5 years marketing, media sales experience. Exceptional commercial nous with a strong history of building client partnerships Excellent leadership skills with an ability to build and develop a cohesive sales team. Why Seven Network?
