Purpose of the Position : The Retail Specialist will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Stanwell store, while planning and executing marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to engage and retain customers. Key Responsibilities and Duties : Manage daily operations of the retail store Lead and supervise staff, including recruitment, scheduling, training, and performance reviews Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency Monitor sales and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities Perform financial management tasks, including budgeting and reporting Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts Plan and execute marketing and promotional campaigns Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve customer concerns Qualifications and Experience Required : Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a retail setting Personal Qualities and Skills : Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Proficient in computer applications Solid accounting knowledge A salary of $74,000 plus super will be offered to the successful candidate.
