Join our Finance team as an Account Services Officer – ACCS and play a key role in ensuring children and families receive the support they’re entitled to. You'll be part of a dedicated team administering Additional Childcare Subsidy and managing the Early Learning Fund, with a focus on accuracy, care, and reducing the admin load for our centres. Your Impact: As an Account Services Officer – ACCS, you will play a vital role in ensuring families across Goodstart centres receive the financial support they need through accurate and timely administration of the Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS) and the Early Learning Fund (ELF). Your work will directly reduce administrative burden on our centres by managing end-to-end processes for ACCS – Child Wellbeing claims, supporting all other ACCS types, and ensuring compliance with CCS/ACCS legislation and internal policies. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for centres, providing clear guidance, building strong relationships, and proactively resolving queries.
