Our Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for our customers, and you will play a crucial role in ensuring each customer interaction is friendly, efficient and professional. You will have the opportunity to develop your professional career in the financial services industry while utilising your knowledge of our products and services to offer personalised solutions to meet the unique needs of each customer. This is a multi-skilled role that will see you providing excellent customer service, processing transactions, managing customer enquiries and ensuring accurate and efficient services across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional service by maintaining accountability for each customer enquiry. Assist with incoming and outbound call demands within the call center and branch to meet our service standards. Contribute to the achievement of branch goals. Cross-sell and promote financial products to help customers achieve their financial goals. Handle account openings, transactions and customer instructions in a timely, professional and accurate manner. Why work with us? Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with great attention to detail. Cash handling skills, or experience in the financial services industry. Well-developed numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to adapt to the varying needs of the branch and call centre teams.
