You'll need to take ownership of the day to day operations of both the workshop and warehouse. Benefits & Perks: Competitive rate $80,000 - $110,000 super Full-time permanent role, Day Shift Immediate start available Overtime available Reporting to the Technical Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing day to day operations of both workshop and warehouse, ensuring production tasks are completed. Operate production equipment, ensure tasks are completed to a high standard and inventory is well managed. Work closely with Warehouse Coordinator to manage stock and deliveries and to lead all assembly team to ensure projects are completed on time. Collaborate with Operations and Design teams. Being a good leader who has hand-on experience in a workshop setting, good attention to detail and ability to problem solve. What You’ll Need: Hold and maintain a valid forklift license. Support a team-oriented work environment. Demonstrate a reliable and proactive approach to work. Apply problem-solving techniques to overcome production challenges and improve processes.
