Key responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts to ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations. Handle contract modifications and renewals, ensuring that any changes to contracts are properly documented and communicated to all relevant parties. Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to terms and conditions, and manage the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and closeout. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts and related documents, prepare reports on contract status, risks, and opportunities for management review. Identify potential risks in contracts and develop strategies to mitigate risks. Resolve contractual disputes and discrepancies in collaboration with stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency. To be considered for this position you must have A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Contract Administrator. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
