Job Description As a Retail Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create, support, and contribute to a high performance culture, ensuring that great customer experience is enabled across the store, including: - Helping across a number of areas within out stores from customer facing to our back of house - Providing a high level of customer service standards including pre, during and post the sale - Contributing to the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience by assisting with merchandising of all products on the sales floor - Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into store, following store receiving processes Qualifications - You have a passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and/or games - Enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated - Customer focus and result driven - You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people If you don’t think you're a perfect fit, you should still sign up to Hatch and create a profile, we'll match you to other roles that suit your profile.
