Key Responsibilities: ensure smooth contract management, compliance, and project coordination Communicate contract terms clearly to all parties involved. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure that contract terms align with company policies, legal requirements, and project specifications. Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables. Ensure all permits, licenses, and insurance certificates are up to date. Monitor compliance with contractual obligations, building codes, and regulations. Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and quality standards. Liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and legal teams as required. Address and resolve contractual disputes or discrepancies. Verify work completion before recommending payments approval to subcontractors. Track budget against actual costs and report variations. Handle variations to contracts due to design changes, client requests, or unforeseen issues. Change documents, obtain approvals, and update contract terms accordingly. Provide regular updates to management on contract status, issues, and performance. Prepare reports on project progress. Ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled before project completion. Finalize documentation, warranties, and handover materials to clients. Attend to any outstanding claims or disputes post-completion. Qualifications: Diploma level or higher At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification.
