About the Role We are seeking a talented and dedicated AI Engineer with a strong background in Public Sector services to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI to design, develop, and optimize prompt strategies for generative AI models. Your work will play a crucial role in advancing our AI capabilities and delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities · Prompt Design and Optimization: Develop and refine prompts to enhance the performance and accuracy of generative AI models in applications. · Collaboration: Work closely with AI researchers, data scientists, and industry experts to understand project requirements and deliver effective AI solutions. · Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret large datasets from industry systems to identify patterns and insights that can inform prompt design. · Model Training: Assist in training and fine-tuning generative AI models to ensure they meet the specific needs of business projects. · Performance Evaluation: Continuously evaluate the performance of generative AI models and implement improvements to optimize results. · Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt strategies, model configurations, and project outcomes. · Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and industry context to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technology. Qualifications · Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, information technology, or a related field. · AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of generative AI models, including experience with prompt engineering and natural language processing (NLP). · Public Sector services Experience: Proven experience in government (any teir) industry, with a deep understanding of its systems, protocols, and challenges. · Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). · Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for interpreting complex data and translating it into actionable insights. · Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. · Innovation Mindset: A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI in Public Sector services.
