This role will work collaboratively with the facilities management team, specialist contractors and consultants to support the Charter Hall Technology and Cyber strategy by performing daily functions and driving process. The preferred location for this position is Sydney and will have occasional travel across our national portfolio. What you will do: - Be the 'go-to' person for the Facilities Management and Operational teams with technology and cyber related works. - Management of Technology Contractors and consultants across the office portfolio in accordance with the MSA. - Responsible for site technology works review and approval in line with our standards, as well as technical queries. - Maintain the cyber-Risk register and drive Risk Management activities across the portfolio. - Ensure change management processes are controlled and aligned with Charter Hall's Property technology standards and cybersecurity framework requirements. - Assist with the delivery of training and education for teams across Australia (occasional travel involved in line with rollout of projects). Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful: - Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Property industry/facilities management role particularly focused on sophisticated commercial and industrial properties. - Detailed understanding and experience in Communications Networks, Security systems (Access control & CCTV), Audio Video systems, IoT systems, Integrated Data Management Platforms, and Specialist technologies. - Network Certification requirement such as CCNA, CompTIA, or equivalent. - Familiarity with industry technology standards and certifications, including PCA Office Quality Guidelines, MCF, Wired Score, and Smart Score. - Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages - word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint. - Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels.
