Your Role As Engineering Quality Specialist, you will be: Responsible for the performance of regular surveillance audits across the enterprise, covering DASR Part 21J and M regulations. Performs and/or coordinates quality audit, surveillance and monitoring of the EMS Schedules and oversees assurance activities, systematically managing risk and facilitate training and investigations as . About You Diploma of quality or equivalent/higher for Quality Management Systems issued by an Australian Registered Training Organisation. Aviation based qualifications in an engineering and/or maintenance environment, experience working under DASR, CASA, EMAR, EASA or other NAAs acceptable to DASA. Experience carrying out maintenance incidence investigations, processing occurrence reports, audit reports and findings as part of a quality system. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the business.
