About the role We’re thrilled to offer a newly created Client Administrator position within our Commercial Dispute Resolution & Litigation team . This part-time role is your chance to work closely with a Partner, a talented group of lawyers, and a collaborative team of Legal Assistants in a role that values precision, accountability, and your unique ability to keep operations running smoothly. The role is 3 days per week, however flexibility as to which days will be required to accomodate end of month billing dates, deadlines and reporting requirements. Key responsibilities include: Billing & Reporting: Prepare and process billing for key clients using the practice management system, Expert and manage ongoing reporting obligations, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Matter Management: Open new files for key clients, creating costs and disclosure agreements, input and maintain key data in client portals in accordance with client requirements. Administrative Support: Support lawyers with relevant administrative tasks related to the two key clients such as sourcing experts for medical reports, and assist the teams Legal Assistants with general overflow tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised professional to step into a role that offers ownership and responsibility for critical billing and reporting processes. About you To excel in this role, you will have: Strong experience in high-volume billing and reporting, ideally as a Billing Coordinator or Legal Assistant/Secretary. Proficiency in legal practice management systems (e.g., Aderant Expert) and Microsoft Excel. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under strict deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in all work. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels. The ability to remain calm and focused under pressure during busy periods.
