For more information read the full Role Description: Administration & Finance Support Officer What you will bring to the role At least three years of experience in administration, with a strong background in receptionist duties and office support. Proficiency in computer-based systems, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Familiarity with records management systems is a bonus. Entry level understanding of financial operations, accounting, and reporting practices. Experience within a government agency is beneficial. Ability to manage competing deadlines, juggle multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. A proactive mindset with an interest in improving processes and finding efficiencies. Experience in a public-facing role, with the confidence to handle inquiries, manage complaints, and provide excellent communication to customer with professionalism and discretion.
